- Participation in initial release planning (scope, timeline) of different company products (VMS, cloud portal, mobile)- Support and coordinate with the software development team for full prioritization and scheduling of projects (VMS, mobile client, cloud portal, and others)- Full support of release version: alpha, beta, RC, and release preparing, creating release notes, investigating issues after Beta feedback, making sure that all changes are merged into the proper branch, and others.- Lead a team of ~17 QA as Leadership: ensure QA team members are following all QA processes, research courses and conferences, preparing for internal training, 1-1 meetings, performance review, and motivation of QA engineers, hiring and retiring, and education of new members.- Lead ~17 QA as QA Manager: analyzing requirements, creating test plans and test cases, task assignment, control of task execution, analyzing test results and drawing up test reports.- Load and other non-functional testing: make decisions about testing that we need, preparing documentation, analysing of results.- Support and development of test benches (VirtualBox, IP cameras, different OS, different mobile devices and others)
