• Negotiation and acquisition of various multimedia content (Linear TV,sVoD, apps, etc.) and cost optimization of the acquired content• Management and distribution of the content throughout the system andall platforms (cable, OTT, MMDS, IPTV)• Analysis of content and markets and advising the Management board onnew opportunities, corrective measures and other activities related to themultimedia content• Active role in unifying the content offer for all acquired and mergedcompanies and cable operators• Managing the relationship with the majority of content vendors (Fox,Discovery, Walt Disney, HBO, etc.)• Implementation of new means of content delivery and close cooperationwith all departments involved (video services, marketing, sales…)

• Defining strategic goals and strategic plan of the company and its subsidiary in Croatia• Planning of organizational and financial restructuring, including contacts with financial and legal advisors • Leading high-profile projects, such as acquisition of premium sports rights – UEFA competitions, NBA, IHF, EHF, Serbian Football League, ESPN content• Long-term development plans and budget of the company • Budget optimization and review in order to ensure that all business targets are met• Risk management through the analysis of the company’s liabilities, investments and revenue streams• Ensuring a steady and reliable cash flow sufficient for the company’s operations and its subsidiary• Coordination, operational control and supervision of the implementation of strategic measures, tasks and activities in the field of finance, legal affairs and human resources• Distribution of the TV channels throughout the region of EX-YU and content sub-licensing • Activities in the domain of economic and financial operations of the company and providing assistance, advisory and professional support tothe CEO• Managing and coordinating a team of 50 employees across all company’s departments• Managing and supervising the relationship with the outsourced accounting agency (Deloitte Serbia and Croatia)• Regulatory compliance• Driving the overall result of the company and its subsidiary into a steady operations environment, thus achieving a sustainable growth YoY and gaining full financial control

• Market analysis and customer insights for all of the products and services• Planning and forecasting the impact of marketing activities• SAS segmentation strategies based on consumer behavior• Ad-hoc analysis of marketing strategies impact on the day-to-daybusiness

• Preparation and presentation of the annual Budgets and Forecasts of theMobile Communications Division and cash flow projections• Follow up, monitoring and review of the Budget and the projected cashflows• Managing and implementing all financial policies of the company• Managing a team of 15 employees within the Planning and ControlDepartment• Active role in the implementation of the Cost modelling and allocationsystem, SAC and SRC models and ARPU models• Active role in providing necessary financial data and documentation forthe due diligence process of Telekom Srbija a.d.• Tracking and supervision of all commercial contract in the MobileCommunications Division from a financial point and assurance of thealignment with the approved Budget and CF• Active role in the production of preliminary studies and the feasibilitystudies of construction and expansion of the GSM/UMTS system of theMobile network• Financial models and forecasts for the roll-out of new services andfollow up throughout their lifecycle
