After the investor decided to close the B2C project at the end of September 2022, I became part of a team that develops a B2B product called Newsroom. My responsibilities were to manage data needed for the development of machine learning solutions and provide data support across the company.I was also responsible for quality assurance and ensuring that quality data were flowing through the service.

As Annotation Lead, I managed a team of five annotators, supervised the quality of Czech and English data produced by the annotators, administered data tasks, monitored the progress of the work, and ensured that the set deadlines were met.Quality assurance is also a great passion of mine. That's why I joined the bug-fixing team on my own initiative. My responsibility was to maintain the quality of data within the service using tools such as Elasticsearch, Swagger, Git/Gitlab.

I took care of labeling named entities in texts and categorizing articles, both in English and Czech.

In my role as an AI Project Coordinator within the Data Services team, my main focus was to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of AI-related projects to our clients. Our team provided them with the best data possible, with focus on minimising bias in AI and improving the overall quality of the data used to train their ML models. Collaborating closely with project managers, I assigned tasks to our team of freelancers, closely monitored their progress, and ensured the timely completion of projects.

I spent two years at Livesport dusting off my old craft - journalism. I was putting up numbers and sports stats in to the context and delivering them to fans through pre-game articles.

At FlashSport, I made sure that sports fans did not miss out on anything. I identified breaking news and sent them to users via notifications.

After a year of cooperation with Sportnet Data, I was given a great opportunity - to build the company's second data center from the scratch. I searched for suitable office space, recruited the first part-time employees, trained them in data work, supervised the work and quality of the delivered data, led the shifts, reported to management on a regular basis, and processed reports from shift supervisors. In the later stages of our collaboration, I was able to focus more on setting up processes to deliver the best quality data to Livesport.During the four years, I had been in charge, the data center grew to 60 part-timers, delivering quality data to the company Livesport on a daily basis.

Sportnet Data is the main data supplier for Livesport, the world leader in providing fast results coverage to fans around the globe. Livesport's websites and mobile apps are visited by more than 100 million users per month.I joined the company as a part-time worker responsible for the correctness of the database records. I checked the data created, identified errors and then corrected them. As a result, fans of the service received more accurate and cleaner data in applications and on websites.

A year and a half after finishing my student internship, I returned to the editorial office of the Brno daily newspaper as a sports editor. I contributed to the website and the newspaper twice a week with articles about the news in South Moravian clubs. I regularly attended Kometa Brno (hockey club) matches in the then DRFG arena, from where I brought readers post-match news and interviews.

I interned at the regional editorial office of Deník.cz. On a daily basis I communicated with politicians, spokespersons, organizers of various events in the region and also with ordinary people on the streets of Brno.During my internship, I mastered the basic journalistic genres and published more than 100 articles in the newspaper and on the web.
