Scope of responsibilitiesConducting and supervising the entire process of company property development in terms of development existing real estate as well as searching for and giving opinions on new locations.Preparation, management and supervision of the entire investment process from the moment of adopting the initial technical and budget assumptions to the moment of technical and operational readiness.In addition, within the scope of my duties, I supervised the technical condition of the property during the warranty period along with the possible use of warranty collateral in the event of contractors' failure to comply with the obligation to remove defects and make repairs during the warranty period.In details conducting and supervising the entire:- investment budgeting process,- legislative process in cooperation with local offices and public administration,- tender process along with the selection of the General Contractor,- investment implementation process, verifying the course of work on the construction site, controlling the flow of money and current settlements, introducing replacement solutions,- process of putting the investment into use.

Managing the group of 14 structure engineers, preparing structure design projects of commercial buildings, shopping centres and industrial buildings,Provide leadership and creativity in the design process,Create accurate and effective statements of work so that both the staff and client understand the project and goals,Directly manages a team of people, including their training, development and performance, Have overall responsibility for the assigned projects,Develop services and products targeted to specific market segments, based on thorough market research and analysis,

Project Management, Cost Management, Team Management, Site Management, Time ManagementScope of responsibilities:Oversee and support business development, which include structuring deals, designing turnkey solutions, estimating cost of developing and delivering the proposed solutions, negotiating and completing contracts.Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to all resources in designing, developing and delivering new solutions and product within the service line and budget.Provide leadership and creativity in the project team.Manage the delivery and implementation of a broad range of services through the full 
engagement lifecycle.Direct the concurrent activities of multiple engagement teams. Consistently achieve engagement revenue, margin and quality targets.
