Hi, I’m Brian.I’m the Founder of mirRoR, a specialized recruiting firm connecting Ruby on Rails developers and the startups that demand their expertise. mirRoR is a sister company to Atlantis Technology, a software development firm I’ve been part of since 2001. We launched mirRoR in 2006 with no prior experience in recruiting, but with a deep understanding of how unpleasant it is to work with recruiters as both clients and candidates. Like many of our startup clients, we are disrupting an existing industry riddled with inefficiency and ineffectiveness.
