As a IOC Analyst at Ntt Data, I work with a team of talented engineers to Troubleshoot and fix problems( workstation, network, server). I work on windows and Linux vm both on Onprem and Azure cloud. I use my skills and Understanding in Active directory, DHCP and DNS to resolve client tickets. Iam profecient in using powershell scripting.I also leverage my knowledge to perform Event log Data harvesting, Task manager Analysis, advance command line and basic windows cleaning procedures .I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology, where I developed a strong foundation in Networking, programming, algorithms, and software engineering. I also completed internships at Salesforce and Rejolt-Edtech, where I gained hands-on experience in frontend development, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
