As a designer, my aim is to reshape systems to take care of a future world. We need a creative way of thinking to move towards a sustainable future, socially, economically and environmentally. I prefer to work on cross-disciplinary challenges. An example of that is ‘Navigating Stress’ where I combined knowledge of mental healthcare, education, gamification and design to help people to increase their knowledge and self-reflection on stress. My design process typically starts with a thorough research phase; the discovered opportunity spaces will point me towards the design shape. By using this multidisciplinary design approach, I’m able to find a fitting form (service, product, ritual, speculative design etc.) to create impactful changes. For me, design is about creating change collaboratively. I enjoy working together and always involve users and stakeholders in the design process.Furthermore, I love to cook, discover new places, and spend time outdoors.
