* Responsible for social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and Soundcloud. On these networks I posted daily content and fulfilled a customer service task.* Started a blog for Cuba Travel Network (definitelydifferent.cubatravelnetwork.com) and was in control of the content posted on the blog, for which I photographed and wrote on a regular base.* started a project at Soundcloud to promote Cuban artists internationally. My efforts on these networks accomplished a growth of 101% of the followers on the Socal Media of Cuba Travel Network.

I fulfilled the position as a travel agent for groups of people between 18 and 35 years, marketed as active, adventurous people. I’ve guided tours at campsites in Europe, as well as round trips all over the world. At the new holiday destination Sibenic in Croatia I’ve organized the summer program; I set up the activity program of the Mambo groups, planned, developed and executed this plan, plus made arrangements with the campsite about the use of the grounds. During the travels I’ve gained a lot of organizational experience by arranging agreements with the management of campsites, hotel staff, car rentals, restaurants and the organizations in charge of excursions.

I gave dancing classes to people of all ages, from 4 to 70 years old, but specialized in dance classes for children. Groups could vary from 2 to 700 people (the latter was when giving a dancing class to an entire primary school). I’ve thought classes in reggaeton, salsa and contemporary dance, as well as a fusion of different dance styles. I've co-developed various projects and made the choreography for different dance shows.

I was in charge of individual as well as group reservations; maintained contact with tour operators, affiliates and other companies and made sure their bookings were made, paid and well implemented in our booking system. I dealt with the payments of group bookings, solved problems with reservations when they would occur and attended unsatisfied customers. Also I guaranteed the availability of the hotel at booking websites like hostelworld.com. I co-managed the reception, made work schedules, assisted the receptionists and hired and fired new employees at reception.
