• Install and configure security software in new or relocated sites, such as Software House C*cure 9000, Business Intelligence Reporting tools (BIRS), Net Guard EVS and Victor Unified Client ie, iStar panels, surveillance cameras and card readers.• Provide administrative and technical support for investigations and audits requiring records from the access control and monitoring system, including generating access card usage reports.• Provide administrative and technical support for investigations requiring records from the CCTV systems, including generating summary reports• Produce specialized reports from the access control system, including statistical reports on card usage.• Assist in miscellaneous projects that require physical security technology support.

Assist probation officers in the interviewing process of juveniles entry into probation program.Make house calls to the Juveniles home who have missed their probation date.Take notes during interview and include my sugestions on juveniles exit from probation program.
