• Visiting client to build and develop a good understanding of client, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.• Recruitment and selection of employees and mediate between candidate and client.• Briefing the candidate on the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.

Day to day operations in the store, such as;• Operating cash registers, maintaining an orderly store and helping customers.• Stocking shelves, counters or tables.• Overseeing stock control and receiving orders.• Opening and closing the store, assigning cash registers drawers to the cashiers and during closing counting the cashier’s drawers.• Making bank deposits from the days operations.

• Handling phone calls, inquiries and requests.• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.• Carrying out the enrollment process, making sure clients receive the required forms.• Organizing excursions for foreign Au Pairs living in the Netherlands such as a day trip to Volendam or a weekend trip to Paris.• Providing general assistance to the team.
