As the founder and chairperson of the ASEAN Youth Advocates Network (AYAN), a youth-led non-profit organization that empowers and engages more than 350,000 young advocates across ten countries in Southeast Asia to create social impact and foster regional integration. I started AYAN after witnessing the opportunity gaps and leadership challenges that many disadvantaged and marginalized youth face in the region, and I am passionate about promoting inclusion, innovation, and empowerment among the next generation of changemakers.I have been recognized as a Tatler Asia GenT honouree, a Common Purpose 25 Under 25 Legacy Awardee, was awarded the Outstanding Jose Rizal Model Student of the Philippines, among other accolades. I have also delivered more than 500 public speaking engagements at various platforms such as TEDx, APEC, ASEAN, and UN.
