One of the arguments were that EMMA has a personnel who's team spirit and dedication is of first class. That is something I'm very proud of. During my years in EMMA I have lead many interesting projects such as renewing the entire payroll system (Palkkavaaka), renewing ICT environment (0365 / cloud), building the entire structure of HR processes, deployment of HR software (Sympa, M2, Solotes) just to name a few.As a HR Manager I believe in continuos learning and developing, low hierarchy and low byrocracy.
