The fact that a customer starting a new brand or renewing an old one relies on me and my colleagues to create the main messages, define the company’s tone of voice, create a brand story and summarize all of this in a brand book, that includes the core of the brand, is really empowering. The great thing is that I can be worthy of this trust. My role as a copywriter also includes designing and implementing social media campaigns and digital marketing campaigns. I have designed and, with the help of a graphic designer, executed organic posts for Facebook and Instagram, as well as paid advertising campaigns. In Google Ads campaigns, I've deepened into keyword advertising, but banners, for example, are also familiar.Most of the content I produce is published on digital channels. My text performs its function on many of our clients’ websites, from title to footer, SEO-optimized of course. In addition to websites, I’ve turned ideas into electronic words for newsletters, press releases, video scripts, and social media and Google advertising. As a Commercial Communications Specialist I was responsible for managing Stockmann's tone of voice and defining how Stockmann's brand perception was delivered in written format.
