I was working on a freelance-base as Venue Director and Venue Director Tutor for UEFA club competitions. As Venue Director or Tutor I had several tasks to fulfil:• To act as the UEFA official representative responsible for match operations at the venue• To take responsibility for the correct application and fulfilment of all procedures related to the organization of a UEFA match and of the duties described in the specific directives for the corresponding UEFA matches• To liaise by phone with the UEFA administration during the assignment period and submit a written report to the UEFA administration immediately after each match• To attend the venue director’s workshops, meetings and season briefings organized by the UEFA administration• To conduct UEFA club competitions site visits either to new clubs or stadiums and the respective reports or to update existing reports from previous visits.• To support or coach a new Venue Director or National Association’s Match Manager pre-match, on-site at matches and post-match • The review of club and National Association site visit reports
