Responsibilities I have as an HR Coordinator are: Orientation, scanning and uploading documents, entering data on Excel spreadsheets, emailing, assist team members with UKG, complaints, and questions, make and print flyers, attend company events, follow up with new hires, attend trainings, and help with fixing/updating timecards.

I worked at Heavy Metal Training Institute as an Executive Administrative Assistant. For a couple months I was working and focusing on Human Resources work. Heavy Metal Training Institute is a CDL training school. I took care of student enrollment, scheduling, funding, contacting applicants, payroll, emails, and career fairs. Microsoft Word and Excel were applications I used daily and gained a lot of experience on. I also took care of termination, student/employee complaints, deposits, and made sure to check on students once a week to make sure they were satisfied and filed it.

For a year I worked as a sale's associate in apparel for Walmart. Customer services was a big thing I experienced working as a sales associate. After a year of working in apparel, I transferred to the Walmart Pharmacy and my title was "Pharmacy Technician". My customer service experience became very useful and I learned to how to resolve problems in a professional manner.
