• Provide excellent service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.• Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.• Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, etc. to increase revenue targets.• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.• Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, data and emails.• Set affiliate marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.• Maintain open communication with affiliates on the day-to-day issues.• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.• Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.• Work with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.• Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.• Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.• Train up a team of Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate.• Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives for Affiliates.• Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.

Duties and Responsibilities:To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates.To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconcilliations are completed on aweekly basis.To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare cheques for payment.
