I have learned to work hard sincerely since my school and college days life under the leadership of our Principle late Col. William Maurice Brown (retired) and being in Army. I have successfully, served wherever and in whatever capacity I was entrusted with the responsibilities to work. I am still remembered by my colleagues and subordinates because of my hard successful work kind good helping deposition towards them. At the same time I maintained high standard of discipline. My success in all places I worked was due to my sincerity of purpose, leadership and team work.. I served on deputation under Ministry of Finance in National Board of Revenue Dhaka as Director of Complaint and Investigation cell. Here, I gathered worth mentioning practical experience in investigation of financial matters. With my parental service experience in Police very successfully accomplished my job duties in Investigation Cell. And under Works Ministry in Rajshahi Developing Authority As Chairman, here I gathered huge experience on construction works like developing Real Estate for housing etc and building multi storied complexes for commercial purposes.My service in Water transport Corporation was in an absolutely new Organization was to be build afresh new Inland Waterways Transport System of Bangladesh. It was a great opportunity for me to gather vast experience in a completely new area of commercial line.I had to stipulate and formulate all regulation in consultation with the Chairman in accordance with the government Fundamental rules keeping in line with the commercial perspective. Here I also had to handle Retainer for the corporation for labor and org. matters.
