I am handling entire Pump Collar and Base Labels from Perfume Section and 2 Filling Factory. First of all we ask the quotation from our suppliers and negotiating with them, then selecting the optimal quote. When I am going to prepare Purchase Order (PO), first of all, I ask stock availability from each filling factories and also taking care how much is under production, so that we can know how much we required, if there is no change.After preparing the PO, we are sending PO to the supplier and waiting for order confirmation (OC). When we receive the OC, then we are checking price, destination (Because we have many different filling factory), ref. code and ETD and ETA. And updating our files.If project is new or new mould has open, then we are sending bottle cap and shoulder for pump adjustment and also colour matching (If there is especial colour) and after receiving crimped bottle from supplier’s laboratories, we are checking pump output, dosage, angle of output, tube length and Actuator colour height of collar and tightness of collar with Ferrule, then we are make PO.Regarding Base Labels, preparing labels artwork with the help of designer and preparing recommendation with the help of stock availability and under production, then sending the recommendation to different supplier for quotation and negotiating with them then selecting optimal quotation and sending them all base labels artwork, so that they can prepare the BAT. Then checking all BAT as per their belonging filling factories, especially checking the direction of roll. Then sending them approved BAT so that they can start the production.
