I have over four years of experience in this field, working with various technologies and platforms, such as Oracle Database, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Cisco. Currently, I am an IT Network Support Engineer at Ittehad Textile Industries, where I ensure the smooth and secure operation of the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and applications. I troubleshoot and resolve network issues, monitor and optimize network performance, and implement network security policies and best practices. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the company's goals and objectives.
