In the Netherlands, the adoption of reusable cups is on the rise. As such, it's essential to prioritize standardization to guarantee both food safety and the practicality of these products. As a member, I'm committed to advancing this objective.

Starting off as a part-time gig during my student days, my role at Barproducties grew into something I hadn't anticipated. Life has a curious way of unfolding.I initially joined Barproducties to make some extra cash as a student. However, over time, my enjoyment of the job outweighed the financial incentive. I found fulfillment in collaborating with a dedicated team and working towards a shared objective. Whether it was the satisfaction of physical labor, basking in the sun, or even enduring the occasional rain, I loved every bit of it.

After watching how the team at Barproducties worked and understanding what's required to achieve the desired outcomes, I took what I learned and applied it. I started with a small event at first. Later, I had the privilege of producing the final edition of Voltt Loves Summer, which attracted 8,000 attendees. The largest event I've produced to date is the Liquicity Festival with a turnout of over 22,500 people.It's been an incredible journey. However, I owe much of my success to the talented individuals in the industry who supported and guided me throughout. Strong teams are essential.In my role as a producer, I managed all aspects of festival operations from start to finish. This included ensuring everything ran smoothly, liaising with festival producers, organizers, suppliers, and many others!

I wanted to get more involved with the back-end operations at Barproducties, put in more hours, and increase my earnings.As a versatile runner, I assisted with restocking the containers in the warehouse, setting up the bars on festival grounds, ensuring each bar ran smoothly, and maintaining adequate stock for every bar on site.

After bartending for a while, the HR department offered me a position as a runner. The pay was higher, and I even managed to shed a few kilos, which was a bonus.As a runner, my job was to ensure the bar had a steady supply of drinks. I was constantly moving between the storage cooler and the bar to keep the bartenders stocked up.

I began my studies in Amsterdam and was keen on becoming a bartender. A friend who was already working at Barproducties mentioned that he bartended at festivals. I quickly reached out via email and have been happy with the decision ever since.

I volunteer to guide students on how to establish and operate their businesses, aiding them in honing their entrepreneurial abilities.I was a participant in Jong Ondernemen's program twice during my student years. Not only was it enjoyable, but it also equipped me with the knowledge to manage my businesses and sidestep avoidable errors. By contributing to this program, I aim to refine my advisory skills and gain insights from the students too. This aligns well with my goal of becoming a business consultant.

I managed the daily operations of the Zaandam vaccination facility, overseeing 80-100 staff members from diverse fields such as doctors, hosts, emergency responders, and security personnel. I thrived in the dynamic crisis setting, addressing various challenges. Our primary objective was to combat COVID-19 and return to a sense of normalcy.
