Current- User Account Management: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts in Active Directory or other user management systems, ensuring proper permissions and access levels.- System Monitoring: Using monitoring tools to keep an eye on server performance, uptime, and resource usage, addressing any alerts or issues that arise.- Backup Management: Implementing and managing backup solutions, regularly testing backups for data integrity, and ensuring recovery processes are in place.- Hardware Maintenance: Assisting with the maintenance and troubleshooting of server hardware, including installing new components and replacing faulty equipment.- Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.- Incident Response: Responding to and resolving technical incidents and service requests, escalating issues as necessary to senior staff.- Scripting and Automation: Writing basic scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine tasks, improving efficiency and consistency in system administration.- Security Compliance: Assisting in maintaining compliance with security policies and procedures, conducting regular audits, and implementing recommended changes.
