Was part of an international team that was constantly focused on creating meaningful experiences for our customers. Learned how to prepare multiple mixed drinks and cocktails for over 200 customers per night while keeping a positive attitude behind the bar. Managed unexpected conflicts and learn how to quickly solve unexpected situations like running out of stock or having low staff.

Was part of the product team creating a new website design for recruiters looking for new talent. Worked n¡hand to hand with the PM, following his steps and learning the methodologies used to get the job done. Actively talked to potential customers and transformed their feedback into research questions to add to our project.

Was in charge of the most prominent student association promoting multiple activities to reduce the gap between students and directives of the institution. Coordinated the team to create meaningful experiences to help current students find their career paths, such as master classes, talks, and coffee breaks. Motivated the team through the rough time of being forced to quarantine due to covid 19 and reached the goals despite the situation.

Was assigned the challenge of developing a new arrangement for the central warehouse to decrease the time of the donations made by people by increasing the capacity of sorting the donations and minimizing the onboarding process for new talent.
