In charge of monitoring and evaluation component of the Capacity Development Partnership Fund (CDPF), a fund to support Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MoEYS) with funding scale of $26 million over 4.5 years. (Donors: EU, USAID, GPE)• Leading analysis and quality assurance of the data collected, interpret them and suggest the gaps, opportunities and challenges that programme is facing.• Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation component of the various donor reports and steering committee presentation, ensuring correct information are presented in simple, efficient manner.•Conduct monitoring visits and collect evidence of the progress as well as the impact.

1) Programme management: Portfolio includes Non Formal Education programme with the budget over $6million (2020), and $3millison (2021), and a project to enhance sense of belonging at refugee camp schools for 33,000 Syrian students from ages 6-17, intervention includes Social emotional learning (SEL) for ages 6-9 and 13-15. 2) Partnership management: Provided guidance to NGOs in interpreting various UNICEF policies, which resulted in near 100% spending, and no delay in cash transfer to the partners (Jan-Dec2021).3) Policy planning: Contributed to develop NFE programme exit strategy- Held consultation meetings with Ministry of Education (MOE), drafted a financial forecast for the next 5 years (2022-2027).4) Coordination: includes a reading assessment programme for grade 4 and 5 students (sample of 2,000 students) with Exams and Testing department of MOE.5) Management support- includes development of financial tracking, M&E tools, conduct survey, development of concept note for new programme based on section's priority.

1) proposal development: led the program proposal development, ensured alignment with international humanitarian standards (e.g. Sphere, INEE); ensured regular monitoring of project implementation2) Coordination: Led the interdepartmental task force to draft WVJ’s position paper on Education in Emergencies (EiE) 3) Surge deployment: Deployed as a surge capacity project manager to support various projects including Japan (earthquake response), Ethiopia(EiE, secondary education), and Malawi( maternal and child health)4) Advocacy: Led the process to develop a 3 year programme strategy for Japanese NGOs operating in South Sudan; mobilized over $3millon in total

1) project management: established a remedial education project in Jordan; responsible for the overall project including day-to-day operation of the projects, monitoring and evaluation, coordination with other partners including local education authorities and NGOs. 2) Project development: Designed and led the development and implementation of the needs assessments and evaluations of the projects. 3) Quality assurance, M&E: Reviewed the content of the various training including preservice training for teachers, Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) training, and Basic English training for teachers. Managed and monitored the project performance and progress against key financial and programmatic indicators.4) Resource mobilization: Led a successful resource mobilization by developing and presenting the EiE proposal for the projects in Jordan, mobilized over $680,000 (Jordan).Directly supervised 4 national staff to successfully manage EiE project, and other related projects.

1) Project management : Managed two relief projects (EiE, Child Protection, WASH) in South Sudan; responsible for the overall project including day-to-day operation of the projects, monitoring and evaluation, coordination with other partners including local education authorities and NGOs. 2)Monitoring & Evaluation: Designed and led the development and implementation of the needs assessments and evaluations of the projects. Managed and monitored the project performance and progress against key financial and programmatic indicators.3) Relief response: Responding to the conflict that erupted in December 2013, developed an emergency project ($500,000, WASH kit distribution), led a project remotely, which benefitted more than 1,000 families in Upper Nile State.4) Resource mobilization: Successfully developed and presented proposal, which led to mobiliza $2million (South Sudan) 5) Content development: Initiated and developed various materials related to children’s rights, including coloring books and booklets in local languages. Shared amongst state-level Education Cluster members.Directly supervised 8 national and international staff to successfully manage EiE project, and other related projects.
