The CATALYZE Engines of Growth (EoG) facilitates small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) resiliency, growth, and job creation in the Western Balkans by improving their access to and utilization of appropriate finance. EoG helps mobilize capital to sustain viable SMEs and jobs in the wake of COVID-19 in the near term and promotes improved SME growth financing in the long term with a focus on women-owned and women-led SMEs.Women in Export Project focuses on 11 women-led companies in the food industry. The Project support them through product preparation and development, providing promotion support, securing the necessary permits, and creating the export pre-conditions for the United States market. The companies are also supported by logistics, transportation, and distribution process, including online and offline sales.

My job is to create, develop, organize, and fully implement highly visible EU related public events and campaigns and to support public diplomacy activities of the EU Delegation. These events include large scale outdoor public awareness campaigns, visits, lectures, debates, press conferences, networking events, conferences, open-air cultural/sports events, online events and webinars, prize awarding ceremonies, and other with the participation of the Head of Delegation, senior officials, and high-level visitors from Brussels.

My scope of work includes:- Working on branding and design on various business development projects- Liaising with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote their events- Making a strategy, mixing the best of technologies and platforms- Researching how digital changes affect the business - Ensuring that the right outlets and platforms are being used to engage key influencers and customers- Developing new products and services

USAID Competitive Economy Project is a four-year activity with the overall goal toestablish systemic approaches to strengthening Serbia’s food-processing sector in order togenerate export-led growth and greater integration with European and global markets. My job is to help Serbian producers to improve their products and marketing tools in order to develop and position on a national and international level.

I ran a small business which has organized more than 60 concerts, exhibitions, and cultural events in Belgrade since 2004, and have received sponsorship from the Japanese and Swedish Embassy in Belgrade. At the same time I ran a concept bar in downtown Belgrade.
