• Project Management- Analyze performance of 21 projects involving multiple project leads, capturing financials, demand and supply management. Independently manage timelines and staffing of 100+ resources • Project Delivery - Make changes to project phases as needed. Communicate with senior management about project obstacles and make necessary changes to project team and make effort to continue progress towards deliverables. Procurement of supplies and services related to project support• Resource Management- Onboard/release of resources, staff augmentation, vendor management for contract hiring and onboarding of new joiners and maintain resource tracker. Network with client and vendor to provide good service to clients• Collaboration Skill- Point of contact for project team and engage with internal and external team members. Work with different stakeholders to get the productivity of the assigned task• Financial Management- Creation of monthly Invoice in coordination with CFM team and project manager, review PO/contract for billing terms and conditions. Track invoices and maintain project financial data• Progress Tracking & Reporting- Track milestones, deliverables of project and prepare project resource headcount for Accenture leadership• Change control -Manage change log, follows up on actions needed for completion of Change Requests.• Training: Conduct training for newly recruited employees on PMO tools• Managed assets movement and transport/accommodation for transferred/ relocated resource• Coordinate with client and prepare training plan for SAP trainers. Arrange flight tickets, accommodation, food for trainers traveling to other countries for training.• Liaise with Projects Manager to allocate .net, Java, engineering and other technical resource.• Develop and manage project plans, delivery and closure of all project activities and hold regular status meetings with teams and complete project status reporting, highlighting progress and gaps
