- End-to-end recruitment for Telenor Global Shared Services Pakistan and active management of various platforms of sourcing. - Establish strong work relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruiting requirements - Collaboration/Coordination within Stakeholders for efficient execution of tasks- Manage job requisitions, hire processes and change requests for internal and external movements.- Manage recruitment data and reporting as per compliance requirements.

- Design, develop, and share strategic and operational HR metrics, reports and dashboards based on employee and transactional data.- Provide active support in detailed analysis and tracking of HR KPIs at departmental, divisional and company level.- Effectively collaborate with relevant HRBPs, managers and employees to gather input and create ownership for analytics, ensuring they can utilize the data to improve their ability to drive improved business results.- Proactively support in ensuring data integrity, accuracy and quality by regularly auditing and prompting relevant units/people to correct and update data. - Timely prepare and share ad-hoc analysis and reports to key stakeholders that supports people strategy and help in identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in people and processes.- Provide input in the establishment of performance and dashboard targets for all HR elements.- Actively support in consolidation and centralization all key employee information channels for accurate reporting and sharing to specific people or team.

- Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of assigned Commercial Business Unit’s working, processes and Key Performance Indicators. - Identify opportunities for BI-related analysis and help BI technical team in creation of new dashboards and BO reports according to business needs- Addressing the business questions raised by various business units by sound and thorough analysis and recommendations- Analysis on products, segments, customers, market, sales & distribution, usage, airtime, sales performance etc.

• Enterprise Performance Management reporting to higher management- Data extraction from different sources (systems) to compile KPIs’ results. - Coordination with vendor in case of incorrect reports sharing/ non provisioning of data required to calculate KPIs - Coordination with cross functional teams across the organization for quality assurance and change implementation- Monthly review of reports and KPI calculation- Responsible for the reporting of monthly KPI results to Service Heads- Develop KPI Dashboards in Excel- Initiate change in existing KPI definition or define new KPI- Manage the KPI share point, database and ensure regular updation of critical content- Follow the change management process for any changes in existing KPIs reports- Provide data analysis, trending and observations for review by senior management-Prepare summaries, presentations, for use by senior management• On demand reporting to Group units and Business Units

• KPI analysis and reporting- Coordinate with the relevant contact point for KPI data collection from multiple sources/technical departments- Responsible for the availability/uploading of KPIs on Quality Management System- Ensure direct access of all the KPI results required for the monthly reporting- Analyze the results and prepare weekly report on the agreed date and publish- Maintain the KPI portal, regularly publish the updates and announce the quarter winner.- Coordination with HR for Budget Allocation and internal project marketing- Analyze new KPI reporting need and report development requirement- Monitor and ensure all targets and KPI's are met to secure the set goals- Reporting the weekly project progress to the CEO/CTO and TEC-Division thus providing them transparent network performance. - Analysis of network issues raised by Customer services and Sales teams and ensuring resolution from technical’s end.
