As a Training and Development (T&D) enthusiast with 4 years of experience, I have fervent passion in developing and curating interpersonal skills trainings for young professional to enhance their skillset and reach prospective employers. As training planner and manager, I am experienced in introducing trainings in-line with the learning and training needs raised in the in-house conducted Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to understand employee needs and enhance their competencies.I have a proven track record of designing and facilitating trainings to enhance interpersonal skills that have significantly improved competencies, employee satisfaction, and business outcomes. In my recent role, I led and managed the T&D Department, coordinated technical, managerial, and soft skills trainings, tracked learning effectiveness, facilitated trainings, and worked on employee development programs.I am also an educational counselor with expertise in counseling, research and coaching with a passion to positively impact individuals by normalizing and bringing Mental Health on the forefront.
