• Full fill the site safety requirements according to the main contractor• Keeping records of employees on the site and their induction trainings• To handle the subcontractor manpower and their legal documentation• Update method statements and provision of risk assessments according to the tasks• Keep documents updated and according to the project requirements• Provide safe environment to the workers on the site Conduct routine safety inspection of workplace to ensure all safe operating rules and regulations are complied with• Inspection work permit / work authorization and supportive documents at work site. • Ensuring the availability, quality and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment. • Ensuring installation of safety equipment like safety signs, physical barriers at work site.• Conduct Routine and periodical inspection of tools, materials, PPE, and safety devises. • Coordination with Safety representative of the Client Safety Inspector, to ensure a good relationship & communications on HSE matters.

1.Conduct TBT and site visit to assure the safety compliance of task and guiding the supervisors in conduction of TBT for the work site2.Conduct safety induction for the different organizations3.Daily inspection of the work site4.Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports5.Implementation of the site rules and regulations and the use of PPEs6.Monitoring the facilities of the workers and provide recommendations7.Investigate the accident, incident and even near miss to identify the root cause of the accident and prevent the reoccurring of the similar accidents in the future
