• Process, monitor, and communicate background check and drug screening programs and communicate results
• Maintain all background check and drug screening related files and documentation
• Review new client contracts and make recommendations regarding Pre-Employment Screening provisions
• Identify and resolve potential areas of exposure and/or non-compliance with state and federal employment laws as they relate to Pre-Employment Screening
• Assist with quarterly reporting of Pre-Employment program ensuring accuracy and efficiency of program data.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

• Process the administration of employment actions for Staff employees.
• Interview potential candidates
• Supervise, train and develop Employee Services Specialists on processes, policies and systems.
• Recommend and prepare for employment-related actions such as selection of personnel, performance and discipline.
