Proven track record of continuous improvement (KAIZEN) and cost management. Adept in the UAE Jebel Free Zone operations. Completed Masters in International Business (Full-Time)Started my career as a logistics coordinator at Freightworks soon after my post-graduation. The complex handling of ship spare parts logistics helped me mold my career with hands-on experience in transport arrangements, coordination, multi-tasking, and intricate time management. Aided me in understanding areas of logistics operations in various seaports in the UAE. Progressively moved from the land operations to the Air and SEA cargo operations, predominantly in the processing of BOE.Aspiring to widen my wings in the field of Supply chain management, moved to the principal company of Hino Motors Middle East as Logistics Assistant largely involved in inventory control operations. Abetted me to grasp the knowledge of stock management, inventory controlling, and demand planning. Working with a Japanese company for the first time was an eye-opener in most areas. It shaped me in a whole other way as a person. Learning and adapting to the culture was truly inspirational. Mutual respect, continuous improvement ( KAIZEN), consistency, perfection and not to mention punctuality were a few of the many things I learned which I anticipate carrying on throughout my life. Having worked with a principal company also enlightened me about operational differences in freight forwarding companies and principal companies, which to what I reckon is that the former is more service-oriented while the latter generally concentrate on sales and profit margins.The above experiences landed me in my current job as the Logistics Executive at Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa FZE. Having worked with a Japanese company formerly helped me on the road to an easy transition which in turn helped me to easily fit in. Having done most of the operation In-house allowed me to involve in more areas such as but not limited to the Dubai Chamber of Commerce operations, E-Mirsal 2 portal, Dubai Customs documentation, and submissions, Letter of credit ( LC ) procedures for the Middle East, and Africa region.I continue to aspire and widen my knowledge and experience in the field of Supply Chain Management. I do not wish my designation to precede me, but my contribution and values added towards the growth and betterment of the enterprise shall.
