Worked as a Team Lead/Senior Business Analyst on Single Book to Multi Book conversion project of Bank Alfalah. It is probably the biggest ever conversion project in the history of Temenos wherein more than 700 branches of (Islamic and conventional windows) will be converted to Single book to the Multi book environment. Prepared the feasibility report regarding Single book to Multi book conversion. Conduct “Proof of Concept” activities of SB to MB conversion successfully. Conduct SIT, Mocks and stress testing of SB to MB conversion successfully. Conduct UATs of SB to MB conversion successfully. Prepared PL migration strategy. Conduct “Proof of Concept” activities of PL migration of SB to MB conversion successfully. Conduct high level parameterization of SB to MB conversion. Closely working with the Bank’s Finance team regarding SB to MB conversion activities.

Upkeep the whole T24 (Temenos) IT operations, Lead the Live support team to more than 200 branches, Lead the team of Business process reengineering, provide T24 training & navigational support to end users, Lead the trouble shooting/problem resolving team, responsible for T24 Business analysis and new products configuration process and finally the deployment on production environment.
