Responsible for design and implementation of systems, projects, product design and talent that directly enhances the user experience for brands, video creators and producers on the 90 Seconds Platform. Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, the current CX organisation represents 45+ people including Directors, Managers and Content Producers. This team is responsible for running a global community of video creators (14,000+) delivering video creation to many of the world largest brands - Apple, Facebook, HP, Google, Visa, Uber, Airbnb, PayPal, Microsoft, Unilever, Singtel, LinkedIn, Lenovo and Sony.

My current roll at 90 Seconds provides with the opportunity to produce amazing content for the 90 Seconds global brand. This includes developing our content strategy, directing, shooting and editing video out of all the local 90 bases including Singapore, London, Tokyo, Sydney, Auckland and new regions such as Euro and America. My roll as Head of Production involved managing the internal production team and developing the freelancer community. Directing, shooting and editing a large volume of videos for a extensively diverse selection of 90 clients.

I co-founded SnapStar and SnapStar TV with the ambition of creating New Zealand largest, most engaged online events and entertainment website. We secured investment and further launched into the Australian and U.S markets covering the best A-list and music events in America.My operational responsibilities included:- Managing relationships with over 200 venues, bars, nightclubs and events.- Managing 8 full-time photographers / videographers and 20+ freelance photographers.- Editorial of 100+ event coverage galleries per week.- Event and venue review copy writing. - Video production of large events, artist interviews, venue profiles and live performances. - Gig Guide management.- Strategic relationship development.
