• Responsible for the Councils website presence, technologies and projects
• Produce the Councils Website Strategy, Channel Strategy and input into the Marketing and Communications strategy.
• In charge of procuring and implementing all new web technologies for the Council
• Managing all budgets relating to the Councils Website.
• Saved the Council £20,000 in the last two years while increasing the Socitm rating from a 1 to 3 star rated site.
• The Council was in the top three Councils in Britain to use Digital Engagement in 2014.

• Help control and maintain the council website, intranet and online forms.
• Designed the Councils Intranet using HTML and CSS.
• Was responsible for the council Intranet’s IT resolution page.
• Produce monthly statistical reports about the website/intranet for the Website and Information Officer.
• Was part of an IT refurbishment project that upgraded hardware of 500 plus users
• Kept the Council’s hardware and software log up to date.

• Advised patients of the NHS complaints procedure, including how to get independent help if they want to make a complaint.
• Provide an early warning system to the Trust and monitoring bodies by identifying problems or gaps in services and reporting them.
• Resolve concerns or problems for patients using the NHS.
• Took statement of facts from patients or medical staff and liaised with hospital lawyers.
• Took initiative and set up new PC’s, printers and software on my departments network.
