About Mischa Kok

Ik werk aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken op het gebied van exploitatiemanagement en asset-onderhoudsmanagement bestaand vastgoed. Waar onderhoudsvraagstukken veelal beginnen als traditioneel technisch inhoudelijke projecten, hebben klantvragen meer dan ooit een sterke strategische component. Naast het implementeren van beleidstrajecten (planmatig) onderhoud stel ik voor klanten (prestatie)onderhoudscontracten, M&O-vraagspecificaties en integrale contracten voor gebouwexploitatie op. Tevens ben ik implementatiemanager voor o.a. (DB)MO-contracten, onderhoudsbeleid en gebouwinformatiemanagement. Daarnaast ontwikkel ik onderzoeks- en inspectiemethodieken, stel ik adviesrapportages, validaties en verantwoordingen op en ben ik verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitsbewaking en informatiemanagement (BIM voor de exploitatiefase). Ik heb veel ervaring in het uitvoeren van projectmanagement en financiële projectbeheersing van grootschalige monitoringprojecten kwaliteit bestaand vastgoed. Wat mij kenmerkt is enthousiasme, gedrevenheid, aandacht voor mensen, ik breng samenhang aan en geef richting. Ik werk bij voorkeur aan trajecten die om vernieuwing en verandering vragen en zich afspelen op het snijvlak van proces en inhoud. Voor mij zijn het realiseren van prestaties in teamverband, samenwerking met klanten en het delen van kennis belangrijk.
