Conduct AF resource efficiency studies to determine manpower standards and future manpower resource requirements. Collaborate with HQ USAF, AF functional communities, and field units to determine level of manning for mission performance. Conduct analysis to develop AF-level programming factors. Perform HQ USAF special interest studies.

Perform organizational analysis to determine Air Force (AF) areas of interest and trends. Develop and conduct special studies; timeline, design, administration, data collection and statistical analysis to determine recommendations for AF policy changes, performance and productivity improvement. Manage Air Expeditionary Tasking and Joint Tasking Deployment and Nuclear Enterprise research. Conduct research on Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy changes. Develop productivity strategies and performance tools to address AF Chief of Staff identified deficiencies. Review and approve AF unit level research conducted with AF personnel.

Provide planning, organizing and support to team members assigned to the Pacific Theater Directorate of Personnel, Airman & Family Readiness Flights. Responsible for providing command policy, guidance and advice on Quality of Life programs, Non-combatant Evacuation Operations, Tracking Systems, and Emergency Family Assistance Control Centers. Plan and program HQ budget, manpower and fiscal resource allocations to PACAF bases.
