In this role, I manage applications including cyber, finance (JDE), web forms, supplier invoicing (Nexus). Build application roadmaps for existing applications and implementation of new ones. Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing. Work internal tickets for bugs and enhancements, test planning, testing, impact analysis using SQL, requirements gathering , UAT. Lead a team of analysts and developers that work on enterprise-wide application upgrades, enhancements, and fixes. Plan annual cyber program initiatives and create and run phishing campaigns. Work with vendors on assessing company cyber security health to ensure network security, resolve escalated incidents and reduce the impact from breaches. Plan and manage cyber security activities including scans, pen tests and vulnerability remediation.

Manage the and track system vulnerability for the Citi ThankYou© and Citi Double Cash© credit card platforms. Includes interfacing with a 3rd party vendor that performs the testing. Create documentation that explains to them what enhancements and new features need to be tested for vulnerabilities. They use the documentation provided to try hacking the system to find weak points that would allow nefarious activity on the site that would put customers and the system at risk. If they find vulnerabilities I coordinate with developers and the business to come up with a solution for fixing the items found. Additionally, manage the budget for this activity. Annual budget of $536K. Track expenses and negotiate rates with vendor that performs testing to make sure we stay within the allotted budget each year.Worked on requirements (user stories) for enhancements to the rewards points credit card digital platform which included working with 3rd party vendors connecting to the platform via API to enhance site features and functionality.

Project Manager on e-File Project that involved 7 separate teams. Project created data warehouse of 15TB of data. Budget of $3M. Project was in service to consuming consumer data from various business units into one large data warehouse to increase tax filing accuracy, look at areas customers had challenges to improve the online tax content to help them understand confusing tax code and also to provide a data source to improve finance revenue recognition. Work with Finance and other analysts to retrieve, format and present data for Business Reviews needed for budget planning and setting sales goals.Design automated and ad-hoc reports to support the sales leadership team in effectively managing the day-to-day business as well as track toward annual sales goals. Design and implement processes to provide useful insights for sales leadership via data analytics. Involved pulling data, analyzing it and then coming up with trends and insights that helped sales determine where and when to target their sales efforts.Data analysis on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System to model customer behavior to determine ways to improve customer experience, reduce call center volume going to live agents and forecast call center staffing needs.Work with marketing team on pricing strategy projects to determine the best strategy for product pricing per customer segment in order to increase profits and market share. Involved using historical data to create customer segments and creating trendy by segment to determine how much and when to expect profits to be realized per segment.
