• Manage daily operations of office staff at three dialysis units• Oversee monthly billing and census submission for three units• Manage bi-monthly time card submission, attendance and overtime tracking. • Facilitate staff communication, coordination of meetings with outside vendors and event planning.• Assist medical director with special projects data collection and reporting including: Frequent Hemodialysis Study (FHN, Daily dialysis study at El Camino and Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study (DOPPS).• Work collaboratively with physicians and management team to ensure units are survey ready: Department of Health (DHS) and Joint Commission Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JCAHO).• Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) at the unit level and in the interdisciplinary meeting.
