My first passion is human behavior and the various ways it impacts our personal and professional lives. The thing I love the most is helping people understand their own basic behavioral tendencies and how that awareness can lead to making impactful life changes. These skills are essential in change and developmental management because they provide a framework for achieving buy-in with new business processes or personnel development. My newfound love is Ayurvedic Health and total bodymind well-being practices. Having recently completed a health teacher certification course, I have learned that behavior and bodymind balance are intrinsically linked. As a highly motivated professional, I value working with individuals and organizations who recognize, utilize, and reward intelligence, hard work, and dedication. I have a natural ability to actively listen and be empathetic which has enabled me to grow into a responsible, mature mentor, supervisor, and leader with experience in mediating employee conflict and ensuring efficient daily business operations. All of my experiences have combined to provide me with a unique perspective which enables me to coordinate and develop novel solutions to common staff and business operations challenges.
