For instance, we optimized the pricing logic for a pharmacy chain in the Czech Republic, generating an additional €2 million in revenue. For a Polish IT company, we adjusted their product offering packages, resulting in an additional €3 million in profits. My favorite project involved creating a dynamic pricing model for a coffee chain with over 500 stores in Germany, which generated around €2-4 million in profits.Although it was extremely tempting to stay longer at Simon-Kucher, I couldn't ignore my entrepreneurial ambitions. Therefore, I moved to Vienna and started a new chapter.

I was fortunate enough to win and secure a job at PwC at the age of 19.As part of the team, I was responsible for auditing and preparing financial statements for various multi-million dollar companies in Poland. It was exciting to delve into so many successful businesses and understand their operations. Additionally, it was remarkable to observe how efficiently PwC structures its internal processes.After the internship, I was eager to take on a more hands-on role. Thus, I decided to transition to business consulting and joined Simon-Kucher.
