As an HR professional, I perform the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, training, and employee engagement. I have a master's degree in HRM from Karachi University, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of HR best practices and trends.I have successfully contributed to several HR initiatives and projects, such as revamping the HR processes, implementing HR digitalization tools, and developing leadership development programs. I have also received the Outstanding Performer of the Year award in 2023 for my hard work and efforts. My goal is to excel in the field of HR and to support the organization's vision and values.
