Motorgy is a digital automotive platform built to transform and simplify a fundamentally broken process of car buying and selling experience and make it swift, simple, and secure.I am currently leading Motorgy’s Product, Engineering, Design and Business Intelligence/Analytics, with a primary goal of scaling Motorgy and transforming it into a leading regional automotive technology company.

Justclean is a leading on demand laundry marketplace app, SaaS-POS and logistics platform, offers 360° solutions for laundry services, operates in Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar and KSA. Responsible for developing and executing the product vision, strategy, goals and KPIs for all justclean products: 1- Laundry ordering/delivery marketplace (consumer apps, laundry manager app and laundry driver app).2- SaaS-cloud based POS App with a web dashboard, tailored to help laundries to manage overall business operations and grow sales.3- Logistics management service, web dashboard with driver app designed to serve multiple deliveries efficiently coming from multiple laundries based on area/zones.My responsibilities may include:– Established agile development environment for product and tech teams, structured into squads, having 4 scrum teams to accomplish quarterly planned product roadmap.– I recruited, and managed a team of 4 highly talented product managers and UX designers– Overseen the product team and collaborated closely with every product manager on roadmap planning, opportunities, backlog prioritization, and the overall product lifecycle.– Built analytics & experimentation culture to monitor key metrics, analyze user behavior and test hypotheses, test different funnels by iterating on design, usability, new features and functionality.– Focused on enhancing collaboration between product, tech, sales, and marketing teams, working in the same direction to achieve quarterly common objectives and KPIs.– Customer growth: created analytics event taxonomy, marketing attribution, deeplinks, CRM automation, reporting and dashboards– Collaborated with the marketing and growth teams on funnel strategy, encompassing reach, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and churn.– Implemented new product processes including communications, research, training and development, as well as the overall department budget.

Led and managed the entire digital product portfolio for AWI company in Kuwait. I was responsible for overall product performance, deliverability and adoption of Kuwait digital products waseet.net(website & mobile apps), layalina.com and 3oud.com.- Ran and implemented the complete products development plan through Agile Scrum for Waseet, Layalina and 3oud, managing Kuwait development team. - Boosted product usability, accessibility, UI and content.- Complete web,mobile apps and online marketing responsibilities, monitored user acquisition costs, optimized conversion rates and tracking performance.- Developed monetization strategies such as advertisements, memberships and branded content.- Analyzed data on all digital properties , made real time enhancements and presented success stories to senior management. Organically boosted Waseet Kuwait visits to 630k/month and layalina Kuwait 4.5M pageviews/month (web only)- Forged new partnerships that added value to the product and increased revenues.- Reported product performance as a Kuwait country on a regular basis.

During my time as DBA, my role as DB is to administrate connection to database by running query (insert, update, delete), get output, checking input file data, design procedures, data verification for variety of projects.- Administration of Database of technical department.- Support the users of database.- Design procedures and guides to the database.- Managing the technicians for daily troubleshooting case.
