My focus on strategic team building and early customer acquisition facilitated our growth to 100 clients and nearly 500 users within the first year, underpinned by a dedicated team of 10 developers including a CTO.Empoller | 2020At Empoller, a B2B platform designed to enhance employee retention through automated feedback, my role as co-founder saw us securing 4 major clients in the first 6 months after product launch, setting the stage for future expansion.

Company: Collaborated with the CEO, CTO, and sales and marketing teams to define new milestones and make necessary adjustments. As the founding Product Designer at Workstream, I was pivotal in scaling startup from a team of four to a thriving team of over 300. My expertise in design and user research significantly influenced the development of our primary products, now catering to over 4 million users.I worked with complex products and metrics. For the last years I worked with integrating the AI to increase companies profits by 25%, optimizing user conversion funnels, and enhancing management workflows. Collaborated with key stakeholders - CEO, CFO, and Product Managers. Recruit and building design team in the US, same as leading multidisciplinary teams, including over 30 engineers, driving product launches, reducing time-to-market. Visited many of customers in person, and despite sometimes being far away in timezone, was always been keen to jump on customer calls or listen to customer meeting recordings to understand context. Was eager to incorporate customer feedback into product vision. Worked with brands as Holiday Inn, Dunkin', Chick-fil-a, McDonals and Starbucks.

Led a design team focused on enhancing online purchasing experiences for existing customers, aligning with Mercedes' 2030 vision of transitioning car sales to digital platforms. Was responsible for German Market.

I was working as a UX Design consultant for one of the biggest national marble companies in the United States. I was working on the workflow process starting from a customer visit and till the order will come to the warehouse. Consulted on how to improve the architecture of internal CRM system for business purposes. Worked with top management and owners.I was responsible for rebuilding and restructuring the information architecture of the existing company's product, generating over $64.5 million in revenue.

I led the design team responsible for creating a new version of the existing project - Virtual Data Rooms.Company: Collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and sales and marketing teams to define new milestones and make necessary adjustments.Customers: Helped with end-user analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers. Helped create new concepts for the project that was user-friendly and included existing and new functionality to improve the overall user experience.Management and design execution: Created detailed specifications, prototypes, and wireframes to guide the development process and ensure the project stayed on track. I supervised a team of front-end developers responsible for the project's implementation. In this role, I worked closely with founders to help them define their goals with visual language. We developing a unique product - virtual fitting rooms. I also created product storyboards, wireframes, concept mocks, and prototypes for e-commerce. Designs for management environment, widgets for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Collected the requirements and made the visual designs from scratch. Worked with Joomla and WordPress engines. Had an experience with CSS.
