This was an incredibly large hurdle and asset for cheerleading in the province. It has provided the sport with funding and stability, as well as providing the Executive with support and guidance to continue their great work.* Helped coordinate the implementation of a Coaches’ Certification Program improving safety in the province.* Leverage and coordinate technology to improve efficiency and communication - everything from the website to cloud services to automating the score sheet development process.* Start putting policies to paper for better communication and management.* Create and manage branding and image assets.* Created the Liberty Post, the first SCA Newsletter, to improve communication.
