Project Goal: Establish an HR function for the international division in the UAE, creating a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. This involves building a capable team, developing efficient business processes, and formulating necessary policies and regulations.My Role: Collaborate with company leadership and partners to coordinate the HR team, drive targeted recruitment for key positions, create HR process regulations and templates, support organizational change initiatives, monitor HR metrics, prepare analytical reports, and implement solutions for organizational structure, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and development.▎Achievements:• Facilitated strategic sessions with company partners and key leaders to analyze current operations and define strategic directions.• Developed a new organizational structure for the company using Miro.• Established an HR team (HR Manager and Recruiter) and built collaboration with cross-functional departments, including C&B and accounting.• Designed a full cycle of recruitment process from hiring request to new employee onboarding, including necessary guidelines and templates. Created a 6-month hiring plan.• Recruitment metrics over 3 months: 34 active vacancies, 20 offers, 17 new hires.• Implemented HR CRM and provided training for managers.• Implemented treaking of time spent on vacancies and recruitment workload using Asana.• Built an onboarding process from scratch and offboarding procedures including performance reviews.• Developed an adaptation process in Asana for task assignment and deadline monitoring for employees on probation.• Created and implemented guidelines for promotion processes within the company.• Established procedures for employee termination.• Created instructions for days-off and sick leave for both Russian and the UAE employees.

Zack the Teacher is an online English school with over 250 people in team.Achievements:I established the HR department from scratch, implementing a comprehensive system of business processes within the company. I successfully launched three new departments and took on the role of assistant to the Operations Director. I automated employee training and onboarding processes.As a result of my efforts, the sales department grew threefold in just four months (from 10 to 30 full-time employees), while the teaching staff doubled (from 82 to 163). Additionally, I created an Administrative Assistants department to streamline operational tasks for department heads, as well as a SERM department.
