As a Management Assistant at Import Aceros, my role is to oversee that activities within the company correlate with its mission and objectives. Such activities include the importation process of steel products that are sold to clients, manage the Google Ads campaign to reach our customer niche, as well as supervise the company's CRM information to improve and maintain customer relationships and interactions.

At Amundi US, I was exposed to how marketing works within a financial setting and was able to learn and gain experience on the use of multiple softwares including Red Oak/AdMaster, Salesforce, Workfront, and Rise 360. These softwares allowed me to oversee multiple projects including the updating of documents, creating newsletters as well as developing learning courses. I was also involved in tasks that consisted on formatting data through excel, particularly those that came from Morningstar.

As a Marketing/Sales Co-op at Import Aceros, I was able to learn how to interact with customers in a sales setting as well as how to establish and nurture the social media presence of the company. I primarily worked with the company's ERP called TMax ERP, which also allowed me to interact and even oversee the accounting aspect of Import Aceros. Through this ERP, I was able to formulate professional quotations, register the sales made at the company, and control/oversee general cashflow.

As an assistant to the company's CEO IdDeveloped and formulated professional quotations for steel products using the TMax ERP program, shadowed the CEO to gain a better understanding of the processes and documents required, created a more effective product delivery system by applying knowledge from MIS, and managed the company’s social media to develop an online presence and thus increase its customer base.
