Researched on the extra-territorial application of Japanese insolvency laws vis-à-vis the properties located in India.3. Researched on the processing of personal data for the functions of State under the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2018. 3. Researched on the eviction of tenants on the ground of bonafide requirement under § 14(1)(e) read with §25B, Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, and assisted in drafting the reply for leave to defend.
