I had the opportunity of interning at this prestigious organisation. The work I did as a part of my internship includes:1. Research on the aspect of appointment of arbitrators vis-à-vis the impartiality of arbitration proceedings under § 12(3), Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.2. A project on the grounds of challenges to domestic awards under § 34, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and arbitrability in light of the General and Special Conditions of Contract of the company.3. Assistance in drafting of Partnership deeds.

The internship offered a wide variety of fields to work in. During the course of my internship, I did the following: 1. Researched on the effect of moratorium under § 14, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 specifically concerning criminal dishonor of cheques.2. Researched on the extra-territorial application of Japanese insolvency laws vis-à-vis the properties located in India.3. Researched on the processing of personal data for the functions of State under the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2018. 3. Researched on the eviction of tenants on the ground of bonafide requirement under § 14(1)(e) read with §25B, Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, and assisted in drafting the reply for leave to defend.
