As a self-employed psychologist, I provide tailored mental health services to individuals through an eclectic and person-centered approach. I focus on creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients, working with diverse populations to address a range of psychological concerns and promote overall well-being. I am passionate about integrating different therapeutic modalities to suit the unique needs of each client, ensuring a holistic and personalized path to healing.

As an intern, I have developed proficiency in case history taking, assessment, and therapeutic interventions. I have administered psychological assessments for children and adult clients, including test for intellectual functioning (VSMS, DST, DPCL, SBIT, BKT, SFBT), assessment of autism (ISAA), assessment of ADHD (NICHQ Vanderbilt ADHD Parent Rating Scale) learning difficulties (NIMHANS Battery for Specific Learning Disorder – Junior & Senior), emotional and conduct difficulties (CBCL, BAI, BDI). I have also conducted projective testing using the Rorschach Inkblot Test and Thematic Apperception Test. With regards to psychological interventions, under clinical supervision, I have conducted one-on-one therapy sessions to clients generally following the cognitive behavioral therapy, behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and gestalt therapy; thereby using an overall client-centered and eclectic therapeutic approach. I have provided One-on-one therapy sessions to clients falling into the category of Borderline personality disorder, Social Anxiety, and ADHD. I've worked with clients spanning a diverse age range from 4 to 50 years. I Provided career counselling based on General Aptitude Test Battery, Edward Personal Preference Schedule, Study Habits Inventory and Interest Record. Furthermore, I excel in creating detailed and professional reports to support client care and monitor progress.

I have worked with patients diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Delusional Disorder, Mood Disorders, Alcohol-use Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, Somatoform Disorders, Conversion Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Major Depressive Disorder. Additionally, I have observed Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and conducted de-addiction counseling.
