I am a huge people person, hence HC as my career of choice. I believe in living life to the fullest and that stressing gives one wrinkles! I love to travel, laugh and I aim to be a better person each day! Now for the other exciting stuff...I hold a BA, Psychology degree and have completed a bridging course into Industrial Psychology. I was also part of the International Golden Key Honours society all three years of studying for my degree. I have 7 1/2 years of General Human Capital sector experience, specializing in Recruitment, Talent Management, learning and Development and HC Administration.Over the past 7 1/2 years, I have successfully handled duties and responsibilities covering the full spectrum in general HC, including the start to end process of recruitment, conducting inductions, payroll. I also possess great experience in Learning and development (including training).I have also carried out HC projects such as culture audits. S189 process project, employee surveys and market surveys for business purposes, in addition to facilitating an Employment Equity Forum and ensuring that Industrial Relations procedures are followed in line with company standards and policies. I have been involved and have experience in the Talent management projects (Employee Talent review, succession planning etc) and organisation development.I am passionate about human capital management and development and always endeavor to ensure the proper functioning of any human resource department that I work in for the mutual benefit of the organization and its staff - firm believer that "people are out greatest assets!"
