I am a Political Communications student at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to graduate in May 2025. I have completed two internships in the field of political disclosure and accountability, and voter registration and education. My core competencies include research skills, attention to detail, and Microsoft Excel.This past summer I worked as a Research Intern at The Center for Political Accountability, I worked on the CPA-Zicklin index by conducting research and analysis on different companies' policies and practices regarding their political spending and transparency. I also worked on various smaller projects related to corporate political disclosure throughout the summer. As a Field Canvasser at MOVE Texas, I registered the Austin community for voting purposes, provided education about political events, and input relevant information into the MOVE databases. Through these experiences, I developed my communication, teamwork, and data management skills, and gained valuable insights into the political landscape and the role of corporations and citizens in it. I am passionate about promoting democratic participation and accountability, and I would love to join an organization that shares these values and goals. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
