C3 Pathfinders is part of the global C3 Church movement, with 450 churches in 64 countries. C3 Pathfinders enables business professionals in their sphere of influence to achieve a new level of inspiration and empowerment.- Manage multiple stakeholder involvement in projects through creation of productive partnerships and strong communication with different church departments (media, marketing, communications, finance, pastors and leaders in different churches in Sydney).- Work independently as most of the Pathfinders leadership committee team are volunteers who run their own businesses during the week.- Organise a mentoring program where mentees learn from experienced and successful business men and women. - Involved with organising business breakfasts for over 250 people which inspire, develop and nurture men and women in pursuing their call to lead a significant life and prosper with purpose. Reventure is a not-for-profit organisation designed as a think-tank to undertake research andstimulate public debate about workplace matters.- Project direct a working group which aims to bring long term impact in developingand supporting the next generation of Christian Business Women Leaders in Australia.This includes engaging leading Australian and worldwide education organisations(Fuller Theological Seminary, Seattle Pacific University) and building on their successesand in this area.
